Running cars on water- what a fantastic invention. Imagine if a huge number of the population converted to this? Think of the money saved not to mention making a significant contribution toward reducing our dependence on fossil fuels!

Jay Leno has a car that runs completely on water. Shame they aren't 'releasing' these autos for the rest of us to purchase!
